THAD HOLLIMON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Thad Hollimon is the founder and CEO of Grand Construction. He has over 21 years of construction and project management training and experience.
He has overseen bond programs and all phases of multimillion-dollar projects for state and local governmental agencies including, Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin; West Contra School District; and Yosemite Community College District; managing teams of Architects, DSA, Contractors, and Other Consultants for the Design and Construction of community colleges, K-12 schools, and other governmental institutions.
He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Construction Management degree in 2001. Gained experience in the Construction Sciences while working for the Seville Group Inc. as a Project
Engineer building schools in the West Contra Costa School District. He stockpiled funds which he then used to begin.
Grand Construction in 2004, shortly after being issued a license by the State of California (Contractor State License Board).
His ultimate goal for Grand Construction is to continue to form a successful construction company with a strong reputation.
